APPLICABILITY

Any person (User) using the online payment facility (Facility) arranged by Rus Education to make the payment of Fee.

ABOUT THE ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE

• This Facility is provided through PayU (Facility Provider), a third-party Payments Service Provider.
• The Facility is secured with Benchmark Security Measures, and User data is kept confidential by the Facility Provider.
• The facility is intended to help the User make the payment of applicable fees through the convenience of the online medium.
• Once the User hits the payment button, s/he is redirected to the website of the Facility Provider, where the User is asked to enter payment details and make the payment.
• Once the payment is successful, the User is redirected to the website of LAU with success notice.

UNDERSTANDING & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All students are admitted provisionally till they deposit all prescribed fees, pass certificates as per eligibility criteria, other certificates as applicable and mentioned in the provisional admission letter.
• Payment through the Facility can be made using legally possessed Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking Facility, or other payment mediums available.
• The payment information provided by the User is submitted directly to the Facility Provider and not kept by Rus Education.
• The User agrees to furnish only the true and correct details and will not enter any incorrect details.
• While making payment in foreign currency, currency conversion and other charges may be imposed by the Bank that will be paid by the User.
• Data provided to the Facility Provider remains between the User and the Facility Provider, and Rus Education neither has any control nor the responsibility for that data.
• Your payment will normally reach the Rus Education account within two working days. Rus Education is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Rus Education also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier for any reason.

WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, LIABILITY, AND DAMAGES

• For the operation or usage of the Facility, no warranty, guarantee, or representation, express or implied, is given by Rus Education.
• Rus Education does not accept any liability for any damage or loss or expenses, direct or indirect, of any nature or kind that may arise from the use of the Facility.
